Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Delhi

  • As you arrive in Delhi, our representative will greet you and you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi

  • After breakfast, get ready for a city tour of Delhi. You will be taken to some of the most significant places of interest in Delhi like Birla Mandir, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Humanyun Tomb, and the President’s House. These places underline the rich history of Delhi and talks about various dynasties which once ruled here.
  • During evening hours you will visit the imposing Red Fort to experience the impressive light and sound show.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi - Rudrapur

  • After, take a drive to Rudrapur around 230Km from Delhi. The journey will take around 7 hours.
  • As you reach Rudrapur, check-in to your pre-booked hotel. Your evening hours are free to relax and indulge in various nearby activities on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 : Rudrapur - Banbasa - Bardia

  • After breakfast, get ready to visit Bardia. In the way you will visit Banbasa, a famous tourist place for people travelling to Nepal from India.
  • As you reach Banbass, you fulfil all the immigration formalities and cross the border to enter Nepal. Your first place to visit in Nepal is Bardia National Park. The wilderness of the park is matchless and here you can witness high density of Rhinoceros. Fauna of this park is also impressive with 642 faunal species.

Day 05 : Bardia

  • Get up early today and as the day brings to you ample of fun at the Royal Bardia National Park. Enjoy a leisurely jungle walk in the morning to witness the blessings of nature. Partake in jeep safari or elephant safari to spot the rich collection of flora and fauna sprawling around.
  • During afternoon hours you will be taken to the elephant breeding centre, to the south of the Bardia National Park headquarters. Here you will enjoy watching elephants as they indulge in feeding, bathing and playing.
  • Return to the lodge for dinner and enjoy an overnight.

Day 06 : Bardia - Butwal - Pokhara

  • After breakfast, take a drive to Pokhara. Upon arrival, check-in at your pre-booked hotel and relax for some time.
  • Today you will enjoy a day tour to some important tourist places of Nepal like Poon Hill, Peace Temple, Phewa Tal, International Mountain Museum, Begnas Lake and Barahi temple. All these places tell you a lot about the historical and spiritual significance of this country.
  • During evening hours, take a stroll along the lakeside Bazaar for bagging some local souvenirs.
  • Enjoy your dinner and an overnight at the hotel.

Day 07 : Pokhara - Sarangkot - Pokhara

  • After breakfast, get ready for Sarangkot to devote yourself to some trekking adventure. The trekking trail is ideal for both novice as well as veteran trekkers which usually takes 4 hours. As you move forward, you will be greeted by some tiny rustic villages, beautiful looking rice fields, verdant subtropical forests and the rising western Himalayas. As you reach Sarangkot, check-in at the lodge.
  • Evening hours will be spent around the area with some leisurely strolls to explore the nature all around. Sunset from this place looks jaw dropping.
  • Drive back to Pokhara for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08 : Pokhara - Kathmandu

  • After breakfast, get ready to leave for Kathmandu. This is a 210 Km long journey. As you reach Kathmandu, check-in at one of our listed hotels.
  • Relax at the hotel and an overnight stay.

Day 09 : Kathamndu

  • After breakfast, you will be taken for a tour of the beautiful Kathmandu Valley. First you will visit the Manakamana temple by taking a cable car ride of 15 to 20 minutes. This cable car ride bestows beautiful views of the nature sprawling around. Next on the itinerary is the Pashupatinath temple at the banks of river Bagmati. The temple is dedicated to Lord Pashupatinath and welcomes over 800,000 devotees during the festival of Maha Shivaratri.
  • Later in the day, you will visit some other significant places like Guhewari temple, Swayambhunath stupa and the Bouddhanath stupa.
  • An overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 : Kathmandu - Zhangmu

  • After breakfast, take a drive to Koari (Nepal China Border). Cross Friendship Bridge on foot and then drive down to Zhangmu.

Day 11 : Zhangmu - Xegar

  • Take a drive to Xeger by crossing the Nyalam and Lulung passes in Tibet. This will be a 242 km long drive which takes 8 hours. The ride offers you heart warming views of the majestic Himalayas and Mt. Everest.

Day 12 : Xegar - Shigatse

  • Enjoy your breakfast early today as it is the longest driving day for you to reach Shigatse. Look out for breathtaking views of nature during your drive.

Day 13 : Shigatse - Gyantse

  • After breakfast, get ready for a day tour to Sigatse the second largest city of Tibet. Today you will visit Tashilumpo Monastery having huge historic and culturally importance. It acts as the traditional seat of successive Panchen Lamas and offers seamless serenity.
  • Late in the afternoon you will arrive at Gyantse- a tiny historical town hugging the banks of the Nyang Chu River. It is known for housing the very popular Gyantse Dzong and also the Palcho Monastery, the largest charten in Tibet. Also explore the Kumbum Stupa capped with a gold dome. It is a remarkable architectural masterpiece featuring nine levels.

Day 14 : Gyantse - Lhasa

  • Today get ready for your final destination - Lhasa. This is an epitome of Tibetan Buddhist world which gives you some unseen wonders of traditional Tibetan life. On the way we will spot the famous river Brahmaputra, many yaks, beautiful villages, mountain sheep as well as pristine lakes.

Day 15 - 17 :Lhasa

  • Today you will enjoy a tour to Lhasa city. Start with Jokhang, a Buddhist temple founded during the reign of King Songtsen Gampo. Next is Potala Palace, a World Heritage Site which was once the residence of the Dalai Lama. Other prominent places covered during the day tour include Drepung & Sera Monasteries, Norbulinka and the bustling Bakhor market.
  • Shopping in Lhasa is great fun as you can pick local artefacts made by the people residing here.

Day 18 :Lhasa - Kathmandu - Delhi

  • In the morning leave for Kathmandu where you will be transferred to Kathmandu airport to board a flight for Delhi. Upon arrival, check into your pre-booked hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.
